Gabriele Da Prato’s small production biodynamic wines are unique and worth seeking out. Podere Co’ncori, located in Garfagnana north of Lucca reminds one more of the Appalachian hills than of bucolic Tuscany. Podere Concori is a member of the small but esteemed Italian branch of the Renaissance des Appelation and a member of Demeter. There are no short cuts, no compromises for this young producer.
